Faxe Kalkbrud / Geocenter Faxe
Travel 63 million years back in time to the time when Denmark was covered by a deep sea, and a large coral reef grew where Faxe is today. Here, sharks and crocodiles lived with more than 500 other kinds of animals. At Geomuseum Faxe you can see the fossils from the animals and get the story of the more than 900 years that lime has been mined in the old coral reef. You can also go fossil hunting in Faxe Kalkbrud and find your own 63 million year old fossils.
Danmarks Borgcenter
Denmark's oldest and most important castle complex from the Middle Ages. Built by Valdemar Atterdag 1362-65. Danmarks Borgcenter is a research and experience center. The dissemination is based on current research and knowledge about the Danish monarchy and power apparatus in the Middle Ages. Pt. processed new knowledge that literally emerges from the mud of the moat. We expect the finds to tell news of the castle's history and perhaps add a few new chapters or two.

Thorvaldsen's collections Nysø
For the last six years of his life, from 1838 to 1844, Thorvaldsen often lived on the manor Nysø in South Zealand. Here he performed a number of his last works. Several of them can today be seen on Nysø, where a small wing for Thorvaldsen has been set up in a side wing, with the main emphasis on his works from the Nysø era.
H. C. Andersens Verden
H. C. Andersen's World offers activities that stimulate the senses and where the visitors themselves help to create the good experience. The park is open at 11.00-15.00. This year we are playing several new shows. Between performances, the whole family can be entertained with fairy tales, animal husbandry, playground, experience room, peek boxes, exhibition, music and café.
Blåbæk Watermill
Blåbæk Watermill is located by Fakse Å, which springs from the manor Lystrup and empties into Fakse Bay. There has been a mill on the site since 1664, and the current buildings were built between 1800 and 1838. In the immediate vicinity is a wind turbine built as an auxiliary turbine for the watermill. The watermill is still in full operation.
Rønnebæksholm Castle
Rønnebæksholm's main building forms the setting for changing exhibitions with modern art and contemporary art. The manor has been home to Grundtvig, and his gazebo 'Venligheden' can be experienced in the park, which also houses a large and beautiful manor garden.
Gisselfeld Kloster
Gisselfeld Kloster is for everyone who loves great experiences. Whether the park is in bloom and the sun is shining, or the snow has settled like a white blanket over the landscape, there is something to look forward to. The place has its regular traditions such as Klassisk Motorshow and Juletorvet, but all year round it is beautiful on Gisselfeld, and new activities are constantly added.

Sydsjællands Golfclub
Sydsjællands Golfclub Mogenstrup is one of Denmark's most beautiful 18-hole park course. A club with a very strong environmental profile. The club also offers a 6 hole par 3 course which is open to everyone. The clubhouse is furnished with all facilities such as, a well-stocked pro shop, secretariat and restaurant with fantastic views of the course.
Rønnede Golf Club
Rønnede Golf Club's 18-hole course is a challenging par-71 course, laid out in a scenic and historic moraine landscape. With the many different tees, it is a course for players of all levels and the course offers a wide range of challenges and requires careful course management. The many level differences, slopes and the hilly terrain make the course a special experience, where both the strategic player, as well as the long-hitter, have a fair chance.
