To stay overnight at Feddet Strand Resort, one of the participating persons must be at least 21 years old and participate during the entire stay. This applies both to the camping area and to rental units.
Rules of order at Feddet Strand Resort
We must all have a good time at Feddet. Therefore, we have some simple rules that everyone must comply with.

At the same time, we point out that the staff’s instructions must be followed.
Arrival and departure
- Check-in from 15.00 on the day of arrival
- Check-out no later than 11.00 on the day of departure
If you arrive outside the information’s opening hours, you can pick up the key and card in our safe. Code and information regarding this, will be sent out shortly before arrival by email.
Especially regarding spaces for caravans and own tents:
In spring and autumn, it is possible to leave no later than 16.00 if there is no arrival at the unit the same day, please ask in the information.
Storage of personal data
Subletting of the rented property
It is not permitted to sublet or lend the accommodation that you have rented.
Number of people
Nor may more people stay overnight in the booked accommodation than has been specified in connection with the booking or according to a special written agreement with us. We reserve the right to expel you and your company without compensation if this is breached.
Smoking in rental units and service buildings
All rental units and service buildings are 100% smoke-free. Smoking anyway, triggers a cleaning fee of 2,000.00 DKK. We recommend that you show caution when smoking outdoors. It is not permitted to throw cigarette butts on the ground.
If you lose your key to our rental units, rental bikes or go-karts, we will charge a replacement fee of DKK 750.00.
Errors and omissions during the stay
We always do our best to meet your expectations and provide a top-class service. If you still experience problems during your stay, you must contact the reception as soon as possible so that we can remedy the problem. Complaints and complaints must always be submitted quickly and in direct connection with the discovery of the error, so that we have a chance to correct it. If a complaint is not made in time, you lose your right to complain. Feddet Strand Resort processes your complaint as soon as we can after receiving it.
Feddet Strand Resort cannot be held responsible for occurrences of animals and insects, as the holiday park is located in a natural area.
Opportunity to appeal
If there are any mistakes or deficiencies in your holiday in relation to what was ordered, you must first of all contact us, and we will try to find a good solution for both parties.
If no solution can be found, you can lodge a complaint with the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority’s Center for Complaint Resolution, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, via http://www.forbrug.dk .
Citizens residing in an EU country other than Denmark.
The European Commission’s online complaints portal can also be used to lodge a complaint. This is especially relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. Complaints are submitted here via ec.europa.eu/odr

Replacement of damaged material and illegal or infringing behavior
If you, or someone in your company, destroys something during your stay, you are obliged to replace it. This also applies to the use of powder extinguishers without a necessary reason. We also reserve the right to expel you and your company from Feddet Strand Resort if damage is caused intentionally, through gross negligence, illegal activities or if offensive behavior is displayed. This will be done without refund of the remaining amount of the stay.
At Feddet Strand Resort, certain common areas are video monitored to increase the safety of our employees and guests.
