To book at Feddet Strand Resort, you must accept the booking and payment conditions below, our rental conditions and privacy policy .

Age restriction

To stay overnight at Feddet Strand Resort, one of the participating persons must be at least 21 years old and participate during the entire stay. This applies both to the camping area and to rental units.

Prices and payment methods

All prices are stated in Danish kroner including VAT and all taxes, unless otherwise stated.

Payment takes place by using one of the approved payment/credit cards in online booking/payment, including Dankort, Visa and MasterCard. On credit cards issued abroad, you must be aware that your bank may add an exchange fee.

If you wish to pay via bank transfer, you cannot book online and must therefore contact our reception.

Payment terms

Bookings with more than 60 days to arrival:

When booking online, the first installment is paid at the time of booking. For other bookings, the first installment is paid no later than 14 days after booking.

1st installment is 25% of the total amount for a pitch (space for your own caravan, tent and motorhome) and 50% for rental units (cottages, rental tents, holiday homes, etc.)

The remaining amount is paid no later than 60 days before arrival. A new charge will not be sent, the guest is responsible for getting paid on time, otherwise the space or the rental unit cannot be guaranteed.

Bookings with 14 to 60 days to arrival:

If you book 14 to 60 days before arrival, the entire amount is paid no later than 14 days after booking. A new charge will not be sent, the guest is responsible for getting paid on time, otherwise the booking cannot be guaranteed.

Bookings with less than 14 days to arrival:

When booking online, the entire amount is paid immediately. For other bookings, payment is made on arrival.

Reservation fee

When you book a stay, you do it the easiest and cheapest way via our online booking at feddet.dk , as you do not pay a booking fee here. Should you, on the other hand, need help, we also offer booking by phone or email, for a fee of DKK 125 per person. booking.

Right of withdrawal, changes, cancellation and refund

We offer 3 different cancellation options. You can choose between basic, standard or flex. The choice must be made at the time of booking. It will not be possible to switch to another cancellation package after 14 days from the reservation date.

Changing a booking means cancellation, change of accommodation type or the dates of your stay within a period of 12 months. You are of course always welcome to change the number of people or other additional purchases without having to pay an administration fee. We would like to point out that standard and flex is a dynamic service which is calculated according to the total amount for your stay.

Right of withdrawal:

For all reservations, regardless of the choice of package, we offer a 14-day right of cancellation free of charge from the date of reservation. However, the right of cancellation can only be used until the day before arrival.

Basic cancellation package:

You do not have the option to change your booking.
Cancellation after expiry of the right of withdrawal does not result in a refund. You are obliged to pay the full amount for the stay, even if you cancel.

Standard cancellation package:

With standard, in addition to the 14-day free cancellation right, you can also change or cancel up to 30 days before arrival. However, we point out that there is an administration fee of DKK 125 per change/cancellation after expiry of the right of withdrawal, per booking. Changes to the stay can only be made by telephone and in writing and are only valid from the day it is received by the landlord. The price of the standard package is NOT refunded in case of change or cancellation. The standard package cannot be ordered for season seats or company events. In case of cancellation with less than 30 days to arrival, no refund will be made.

Flex cancellation package:

With Flex, you can, in addition to the 14-day right of cancellation free of charge, change and cancel completely until 12.00 the day before arrival. However, we point out that there is an administration fee of DKK 125 per change/cancellation, per booking. Changes to the stay can be made by telephone or in writing and are only valid from the day the lessor receives them. The price of the Flex package is not refundable in case of change or cancellation. The Flex package cannot be ordered for season packages or company events.

What applies if you want to interrupt your stay?

If you have started your stay and you have to interrupt it for some reason, no money will be refunded, regardless of whether you have opted for standard or flex. Here, we instead recommend checking whether your own travel insurance covers it.

Cancellation by force majeure

Feddet Strand Resort may cancel or cancel any booking or stay due to force majeure, by which is meant; war, riots, strikes, lockouts, oil and gasoline rationing, border closures, epidemics, natural and pollution disasters or similar incidents. The customer is not entitled to any form of reimbursement, rebooking or refund of the amount paid. In the event of cancellation from a customer under force majeure, the customer will not receive any form of reimbursement, rebooking or refund of the amount paid. We refer to your own travel and cancellation insurance.

Other conditions

Transfer

The stay cannot be passed on/sold to a third party.

We reserve the right to cancel a rental agreement due to typos and/or printing errors.
