Rules and guidelines for seasonal pitches at Feddet Strand Resort

OBS new for season 2025

  • From 26.10.2025 at the latest, all outdoor furniture, grills, cushion boxes, bicycles etc. must be placed in either a storage tent or an awning when you are not present at the campsite. Under the sun canopy, 1 table and 4 chairs or 1 lounge set may be placed when you are not present at the campsite.  
  • Caravans must be covered with PVC skirts/skirting to prevent viewing under the caravan.
  • Standby tents (year-round tents) must be covered around the edge so that tiles are not visible.
  • Max 1 annex or 1 veranda is allowed. For current guests this will take effect no later than 26.10.2025.  

Address on Feddet

It is NOT allowed to have your address at Feddet as a seasonal guest or regular tourist. However, you may have your mail forwarded/redirected to Feddet Strand Resort.

Waste sorting is mandatory for all seasonal guests

Your waste must be handed in at the environmental station, which is located opposite the mini golf course.
Containers are set up at the environmental station so you can sort your waste.

We sort into the following fractions:

  • Residual waste
  • Soft plastic
  • Hard plastic
  • Cardboard
  • Paper
  • Metal
  • Glass
  • Beverage cans
  • Electronics
  • Batteries
  • Ashes

Therefore, we kindly ask you to sort your waste so that we can deliver the waste as sorted as possible. Also remember this when you send your child away with the waste, they do not always know where and how to deliver the waste.

Bulky waste (refrigerators, cabinets, freezers, stoves, wood waste, etc.) is not accepted at Feddet Strand’s environmental stations, it must be delivered to a municipal recycling center. We refer to Rønnede recycling center.
Bags for collecting waste during walks can be picked up at the reception. Help us pick up the litter you come across on your way, so we all take care of nature

Alerting:

Alarm 1-1-2. Then contact Feddet Strand Resort on telephone +45 56 72 52 06 – outside our
opening hours, press 0 to raise the alarm. Help will always be available to open the barriers outside reception opening hours.

Antennas, flagpoles, etc.

Freestanding antenna masts, flagpoles and the like may not be set up on the device space. Antennas, incl. satellite dishes, are accepted when mounted on the caravan.

Electrical installations

Heat pumps etc. must not be installed. This list is not exhaustive. If in doubt, please ask.

Coatings

No paving or paths may be established on the unit site.

Building structures, etc.

No buildings/structural elements may be erected in any form – either freestanding or attached to the parked caravan, such as Pavilions.

It is permitted to set up a standard caravan awning with canvas and without fixed walls, gutters, windows and doors.

cWallet

With cWallet you can open the barriers, check your points status, view your bookings, accounts and much more. You can access cWallet by contacting the reception.

Electric cars

You can charge your electric car when you stay at Feddet. Charging points with type 2 plugs are located in front of the Spa Lodges cabins and in the parking lot in front of the reception. It costs DKK 4.50 per kWh to charge and you only need to use your access card to pay at the charging station. As a security measure, you must deposit DKK 250 on your access card at the reception before you can charge. If you don’t use the full amount, we will of course refund what’s left on your card.

For safety reasons, it is NOT allowed to use your own “grandma charger”/ 230V charger for electric cars at Feddet Strand Resort.

Family pool

As we want the family baths to be used as family rooms and not toilets, dog wash etc. it costs DKK 10.00. The money is withdrawn by using the card reader at the entrance door to the family bath, alternatively your phone via C-wallet. Remember to lock the door inside. Money is not returned. Alternatively, use the regular baths and toilets, which are free of charge. Go to the reception to deposit money on your access card or phone via C-wallet.

Awnings and awning pads

Fibertex/awning pads may be used under the awning, but must NOT be visible. A hard floor is NOT allowed unless you have selected all 4 seasons AND have a standby tent. The solid floor must be designed as a terrace floor without insulation and must not be raised from the ground. However, it is allowed to raise to horizontal level. The lowest level of the floor should be level with the ground.  Do not make any adjustments to the terrain. The floor must NOT be larger than the tent and entrances are not accepted. It is not permitted to lay outdoor rugs outside the awning. It is permitted to set up up to 1 annex on the tent.
The edge of the awning must be secured at the bottom with sandbags or pegs – not bricks, manor stones etc.
Standby tents may be finished with wood/composite or similar along the edge.

Gastest

A valid gas test must be presented. The gas test is valid for 2 years from the test date.

General cleaning

When you leave your unit site, all loose items such as grills and ornaments must be packed away. This means that items such as grills, ornaments etc. should be placed alongside the caravan/tent, in the awning or in the storage tent. The list is not exhaustive.
Bicycles must always be stored in the storage tent when not on site.
One set of garden furniture is allowed. If you have a sun canopy, you can also have a lounge set or extra garden furniture under it. However, please note that we will not mow the grass if you choose to leave the furniture outside when you leave the resort.
Paddleboards, kayaks etc. must be placed in the awning when you leave the resort.
We recommend that you use your common sense when leaving the resort. the number of items needed. It is not permitted to store items under your caravan such as building materials etc. nor is it permitted to set up structures such as wooden boards, fences or similar under your caravan.
For the sake of all the guests who visit Feddet every year, we want the pitches to be neat and tidy.

Ornaments / Outside Decorations

Please pack ornaments when you are not present at the resort. By ornaments are meant solar cell lamps, pots and pots. Max 5 pots/pots/ornaments per unit space. It is not permitted to have any decorative items on display when you are not at the resort. This should be packed away and put in the awning, alongside the caravan/tent or in the storage tent. Similarly, the resort’s property, including nature, may not be used for ornamental objects, such as string lights in bushes, etc.

Lawn mowing

We’d love to mow the lawn, but since we can’t reach your caravan and awning, you can borrow a key for the lawnmower from the reception. The lawnmowers are located at the Environmental Station. Lawn mowing can be done between 10:00 – 12:00 and 14:00 – 16:00.

Visitors

You are required to register overnight guests upon arrival. Guests must be registered at the reception and must park their car in the parking lot. Overnight guests pay ½ overnight fee per person if you are present in the caravan. Day guests are included in the price, but parking is charged. Day guests are only allowed to stay on the site between 7-23. After that, they are overnight guests and must be registered at the reception.

Day visitors can park in the parking lot for a fee. Failure to comply with the above will result in immediate eviction of the guest and you as the tenant of the unit space without any form of refund.

Garden waste

We pick up your green waste, branches and grass every 14 days, if we have time. Please place it on the road in clear plastic bags. Loose green waste and green waste in black bags are not accepted.

Oats

Utility and ornamental gardens may not be established, nor may flowers and the like be planted in the unit space. Hedges may not be planted either.

Fences and shelter sails

It is permitted to set up awnings while at the resort – however, not on wooden structures or in the resort’s trees. Fixed and permanent fences – for example wicker fences, plastic fences, wire fences, etc. – must not be present. However, dog fences (max. height 90 cm) can be set up when you are at the resort. 2 different variants of dog fences are accepted (contact reception if in doubt). The dog fence must max. go 4 meters out from the awning and must not take up more than the width of the awning. Dog fences must of course be kept within their own unit space.

Canopies may be provided when you are present at the resort. When you leave the resort, windbreaks and wire fences should be packed away to protect them from the elements. However, this does not apply to day trips. For day trips, it is allowed to leave it in place while you are away. (Day trips are defined as overnight stays at the resort.) If windy conditions are expected, the awning must always be taken down for safety reasons

Consideration for each other

Talk to your neighbor if something is not in line with your expectations.
Positive communication goes a long way.

Everyone needs privacy, follow paths and roads, even if it’s a detour.

Electric scooters etc. must be driven with consideration for other guests. Max. 10 km. per hour also applies to electric scooters. Driving any type of unregistered vehicles such as cars, motorcycles, ATVs and scooters etc. on or around the resort is prohibited.

Beer, wine and other alcoholic drinks should be enjoyed in pleasant company and “at home” It is not appropriate to enjoy alcohol in public spaces, such as playgrounds etc.

Clean surroundings are a feast for the eyes – use the bins and pick up if you see something that others have thrown on the ground.

Cardiac arrest

A defibrillator is available 24/7 and is located in the vestibule at the entrance to the store/reception.

Dogs and dog leashes

Dogs must be led on a leash and ventilated outside the site. Dog bags can be picked up for free at the reception. Dog fences can be used when you are at the resort, when you leave the resort the fence must be removed.

Cushion boxes and more

It is permitted to install 1 cushion box, either in the storage tent or on the tow bar of the caravan.

Mobility requirements

According to the camping regulations, caravans must be mobile (non-permanent). The area around the individual caravan (unit site) must be arranged in such a way that the caravan can be driven to and from the unit site at any time.

It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure that the following are met:

  • The towing device must be usable and firmly attached to the caravan.
  • The caravan must be fitted with working rims and tires.
  • Blocking the caravan’s outriggers – possibly with trestles – is permitted.
  • Apart from any awning, which must be quickly removable, the caravan must be immediately mobile (movable). 
  • There must be no small or large extensions or structures under or around the caravan.
  • It is not permitted to place materials such as waterproof veneer etc. on the site that cannot be removed immediately.
  • Direct drainage into the ground is not allowed.

If the above mobility requirements are not met, the caravan cannot remain on site as it does not comply with camping regulations. Feddet Strand Resort therefore reserves the right to terminate the agreement.

Setting up your trailer and awning

When setting up the caravan and awning, the fire distance of 3 meters to the next caravan must be observed. Ie. that you must have 1.5 meters to the boundary. If this is not possible or if you have any questions, please contact the reception. In addition, your awning must face south to achieve the best possible location for everyone. There may be places where it is most appropriate to turn the awning in a direction other than south, contact the reception if in doubt and for approval to turn the trailer and tent. It is not permitted to regulate the terrain or regulate in nature. Furthermore, a maximum of 1 storage tent of approx. 3 m2 may be set up.

Fix the broken

If you notice anything in the service buildings that isn’t working properly, please let us know. You are the users and observe the errors first. QR codes are placed on all doors in the service buildings. Are you experiencing a

If you have a problem in a toilet, the sink is blocked, paper is missing, the shower is broken, it needs cleaning or any other problem, you can scan the QR code with a smartphone and report the problem directly to us.

Parking and barriers

The gates can be opened between 7.00 – 23.00: If you arrive at the resort outside of this time, please refer to our parking lot.

If, contrary to expectations, the barrier needs to be opened between 23.00 – 7.00, a guard fee of DKK 300 will be charged.
You may park one car in your unit space. If you have more than one car, the second car can be parked in the parking lot. Please don’t help others get in and out with your card, so we can avoid some of the errors with the cards.

You always have the option to park one car at your unit space. Here you use your access card. Car #2 must be parked in the parking lot, which is located to the right on the entrance road to Feddet.

To park your car in the parking lot, you need to stop by the reception and have your car’s license plate number attached. You can connect a maximum of 2 license plates of household cars per space. You do NOT need your access card to open the gate at the parking lot, simply drive to the gate and it will open when your license plate is registered at the reception.

It’s free for you to add up to 2 household cars to your space.

If you have guests and want to pay for their parking, you have to let them in and out with your card. But remember, there must be at least 6 points in the account for you to let them out again.

Advertisements and other messages on your caravan

It is not permitted to have advertisements etc. on your caravan.

Registering your vehicle

The caravan must either be registered (white license plate) or have a green license plate with a valid year mark. Please note that the annual label must be renewed every year.

The cleansing

This is a private area where we have unfortunately experienced guests throwing waste. Do not litter under any circumstances!

Peace and quiet time

The resort must be quiet between 23:00 and 07:00. Please observe this and respect neighbors and other guests on site.

Caravan sales

When selling a caravan, it is not possible to sell the unit pitch unless Feddet Strand Resort has given written consent to this.

Service buildings

There are two large, modern service buildings in the camping area, where you have access to toilets, showers and laundry facilities. Restrooms and showers are open 24 hours a day and do not require card access. The showers are free to use, but if you want more space, you can use our family bathroom. It costs DKK 10,- per time to use the family shower rooms, which contain a double shower, washbasin, hairdryer and toilet. Payment can be deposited at the reception.
In the service building there is also a baby changing room with a changing area, small toilets, bathtubs for the little ones and showers for both small and slightly older children.
The service building contains a kitchen with a living room, which can be used freely. There is an industrial dishwasher in the kitchen.

Waste water

Wastewater must be collected in its own wastewater collector, which is placed under the trailer. Wastewater must be emptied into the effluent sump for chemical toilets. The water posts’ drains must not be used for wastewater disposal.

Power / Electricity

Upon arrival, bring your power cable to the reception where it will be sealed together with the electricity meter that we provide. REMEMBER to settle electricity after each season – even if you have several consecutive seasons. The price can be adjusted in the event of external factors, such as energy and other social crises, war, force majeure, etc. In the event of further price increases from our electricity supplier, the agreement can be terminated with DKK 4.50 per kWh with immediate notice.

Electric heating in awnings is not allowed. All camping units have 10 amps available. You need a CEE adapter (blue EU plug) to be able to connect your power cable. If you don’t have an adapter, you can rent/purchase one from us.

Laundry

Washing machines and dryers are located in the service buildings. You must bring your own detergent and fabric softener. It costs 30,- for a 40 degree wash and 40,- for a 60 degree wash. The dryers cost 1,- per minute.

The machines accept 1, 2, 5 and 10 crowns. Change can be exchanged at the reception.

Access to the laundry is by using your access card. It is open 24 hours a day.

Rental of your caravan

It is not permitted to rent out your caravan on a commercial basis, where you receive payment for the loan or rental of your caravan as long as it is parked at Feddet Strand Resort.

If you lend your caravan to family or friends, they simply need to register at reception and pay the standard accommodation fee per person. Failure to comply with the above will result in immediate expulsion of the guest and you as a tenant from the campsite without any form of refund.

Unit site and caravan maintenance

The unit space must be kept in a neat and tidy condition at all times.

If this is not complied with, the campsite has the right to carry out the work and send an invoice for the work performed, minimum invoicing is DKK 2,000.00.

The caravan and tent must be kept in a neat and tidy condition and meet mobility requirements at all times.

Breach of contract

In case of non-payment, non-compliance with applicable rules and guidelines and good behavior, Feddet Strand Resort reserves the right to terminate the guest with immediate notice without any form of refund.

If the guest decides to leave the campsite before the agreed time, the guest cannot claim any part of the deposit or any other amount paid back, nor transfer the pitch or any points to another guest. 

By entering into the agreement, including the purchase of a season ticket, I declare that I have read the applicable guidelines and that I agree to these as part of the agreement.
