Arrival and departure

Check-in and check-out
  • Check-in from 15.00 on the day of arrival
  • Check-out no later than 11.00 on the day of departure
Late arrival

If you arrive outside the information’s opening hours, you can pick up the key and card in our safe. Code and information regarding this, will be sent out shortly before arrival by email.

Other prices and surcharges

Mandatory extras:
  • Cleaning and preparation of the apartment: DKK 1395,-
  • Water consumption: Free
  • Electricity consumption: Charged at DKK 4.50 per kWh
Optional extras:
  • Bed linen rental incl. towel: DKK 75
  • Extra high chair rental: DKK 25,- per night
  • Extra baby cot rental: DKK 25,- per night
