In our rustic and beautiful event and conference room Fedladen, we give you the opportunity to hold the event of your dreams, which cannot be created in a regular party room.
Contact our business team well in advance to find an available date that suits your needs. We will do everything to meet your wishes, so that your party or event will be exactly as you want it, and we are happy to help with everything.
If your guests or participants come from far away and need accommodation, we rent out boats, holiday homes, rooms and cabins.
Fedgaarden contains:
- Accommodates up to 250 people
- Possibility of building a stage incl. area for musicians etc.
- Bar area

Ideal for large corporate parties, events, large company conferences and team building
Prices:
- Price: DKK 24.000,- excl. VAT (Price includes room rental, rustic wooden long tables and chairs up to 120 pax, preparation and final cleaning, power consumption, bar area and outdoor areas etc.)
- Hall and fire guard: DKK 316,- excl. VAT per hour. (Recommended)
If the hall and fire guard are not selected, DKK 1500 will be invoiced when the guard is called. + DKK 495 per started class, this can e.g. be when changing fuses, problems with the draft beer system, other circumstances that require driving out, etc
- It is recommended to rent a toilet trolley appropriate to the size of the company. There are no toilets in Fedladen.
Heat:
- It is recommended to hire heating sources during cold periods.
Waiters and bartenders:
- Price per hour per person
Price: DKK 200,- excl.
Add on:
- Cutlery and plates
- Decoration
- Heat guns
- Catering, including food & drink service
- Transportation between Fedladen and the holiday park
